Members took serious note of the gruesome murder of the two Muslim youths (Nasir, 25, and Junaid, 35) of Rajasthan as a hate crime and expressed grave concern over the inaction of the state governments, their police departments, and their collusion in the entire episode.
It was felt that as the next IMCR Conclave was being organised in Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan, on 18–19 March, this matter would be taken up appropriately during the said Conclave.
